Physiotherapy is a healthcare profession that uses treatment method that focuses on the ‘science of movement” and helps people to maintain, regain and improve their physical strength, function, motion and overall well-being by addressing the underlying physical issues.

Physiotherapists are professionals or experts who provide physiotherapy treatment .They are highly trained health professionals with Degree in Physiotherapy, and are skilled in pointing out root cause of any injury and treat it .
When should I visit a Physiotherapist
Generally , most people think that physiotherapy is only for disabled person on wheelchair who are struggling to move or walk after an injury .But the fact is that physiotherapy is not just for disabled people its for anyone suffering from physical pain or discomfort, and even a gym freak might have to visit a physiotherapist . Here are list of few signs that could tell you that you need to visit physiotherapist:
Reassurance of pain
Sometimes pain may reassure again again after a period of time like neck pain or back pains , such pains are best treated under Physiotherapy.
Occupation related pain
People working at desk for longer period of time may experience headaches or backaches , or people working on computer might experience pain in wrist or elbow can also consult physiotherapist to improve posture and prevent any damage or injury to body.
